The Harrison Township Trustees
will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 6:00pm at the
Harrison Township Fire Department, 3625 State Route 752, Ashville, Ohio 43103.
The hearing will be to review and vote on an application to change zoning from Rural
Residential to Planned Business. The parcel consisting of 25.84 acres is D1200020020000
and the parcel consisting of 4.79 acres is D1200020020004. Tipdan Electric is
proposing a commercial business that will consist of an office building, material
storage warehouse, weld/wood shop, and a vehicle/equipment storage building.
At the conclusion of the
hearing, the request will be adopted, denied, or accepted with changes by the
Harrison Township Trustees. Questions and review of this application may be
made by contacting the Zoning Inspector at 740-412-9580.
